Amazing food, very warm and hospitable service, very little wait and nice clean atmosphere. I had lunch with my preschooler and felt very welcome, and the food was reasonably priced for the quality. Got the fries, a chicken wrap, and frozen yogurt for dessert- perfect size to split with the kiddo

I love Souvla!!! They're salads, wraps, and frozen Greek yogurt is delicious! This time I got their lamb salad, and it was a perfect meal to satisfy my salad craving. The lamb is cooked to perfection and I love the feta cheese in the salad. I also enjoy ordering their frozen Greek yogurt with baklava and honey for dessert. Souvla has one of my favorite salads I order from a restaurant. I definitely recommend coming here for a healthy option to eat out.

Souvla is perfect for a casual healthy yet delicious meal. You order at the counter when you walk in, take a number to put on your table, and then find seating. I got the lamb salad and the Greek fries. The food came really quickly, probably within 5 minutes. I liked the salad but found the lamb a bit tough to chew, as some pieces were cut into sizable cubes. The salad was very filling though and dressed to perfection, not too overwhelming or underwhelming. I loved the fries too, they were crispy and potato-y and tasted really good with the harissa sauce! Would definitely come back if I'm in a pinch for a quick and healthy meal!

Super easy fast casual spot. I lived the fried and they were really well seasoned. They offered to split my salad into 2 so that's what is pictured, however I defibrillator thought it was overpriced for the portion size and what you get. Otherwise ordering went pretty smoothly and there was a spot to eat quickly on a Friday night.

souvla's food is healthy and fresh! the chicken salad and chicken sandwich were both absolutely delicious. paired with pickled onion, orange, and more, the chicken is delightfully cooked. in my opinion, the salad (on a bed of kale, lettuce, and other greens) is a bit more volume compared to the pita sandwich. the frozen greek yogurt is also so delectable! the baklava crumbles provide a sweet crunchiness to the tart yogurt. the service is pretty quick and friendly. you order at the front and the food is brought to your table. you bring your own dishes to the rack after, and there are also some employees bussing. the ambiance is casual and cute. i will definitely be back and i highly recommend souvla!

Souvla is one of my go to spots and I'm glad I got to try out this location! My order is the chicken 'sandwich' and I also got fries (would also highly recommend their juicy potatoes if you're looking for something not fried). Ordering was quick and the food came out relatively fast as well. Food tasted great, as expected. I came around dinner time on a weekday and it was surprisingly not that busy. Water is self-serve. I tried their hot sauce, will say its definitely not hot. Anyways, everything at this location aligns with my experiences everywhere else -- which is a good thing!

First thing to note is that the service here is top tier! The staff at this location on Divisadero are super friendly and accommodating. I've visited 4 out of the 5 Souvla locations in SF so far, and I always feel so welcome, which makes each in-person visit feel special. I got the chicken salad (my fave) with a side of Greek fries, and the weekend I went, they were giving out a complimentary mini honey baklava Greek froyo with each entrée purchase. Everything tasted great and really hit the spot. I feel like everyone in SF is either obsessed with Souvla or thinks it's overhyped. I am definitely part of the first group. I'm never not down for Souvla; it's just that good.

Would like to wholeheartedly thank José, Josafat, and Miguel for creating such a lovely dining experience. They felt like brothers, welcoming me into the family of their home. It's the perfect example of how people can get a chicken wrap anywhere -- don't get me wrong, mine was delicious -- but they keep coming back for the atmosphere, the vibes, the experience...which is largely determined by how the staff makes us feel. No lights, no cool candles, no wall decorations can substitute for genuine kindness. APPRECIATE YOU EACH FOR YOUR WARMTH ON A NIGHT I NEEDED IT!!

TLDR: Best location Baklava yogurt amongst the Souvla's in SF They are all delicious but so far this one gives the best ratios (basically a lot of Baklava) to yogurt. Friendly staff, a fair amount of seating. Will definitely come back for more Baklava!!

Quick and convenient; solid but not amazing. Detailed breakdown below: **Service, 5/5** Extremely fast service and efficient staff who clear tables quickly. Order at the counter, get your food within probably 5 minutes or less, and self serve waters. **Decor & cleanliness, 5/5** The store looks small at first, but actually has a good amount of both indoor and outdoor seating. Everything was clean and turnover is quick thanks to the speedy staff. **Price & portion, 3/5** A tad overpriced for the quality. My lamb pita had inconsistently cooked pieces of lamb and was served at room temp. **Taste of the food, 3.75/5** - Lamb sandwich ($16), 3.5/5: This was alright. The lamb in the pita was a confusing combo of tender and juicy pieces with a bit of marbling, and large cubes of drier, tougher meat that had way too strong of a gamey flavor. The pita wasn't anything too special -- it could've really benefitted from being warmed up. The veggies filling was sparse so at least a third of my sandwich was dry cubes of lamb paired with dry pita. - Chicken lemon soup ($7), 4/5: I was pleased with the portion size of the soup, but would've loved for it to be a bit more savory. The only thing I could taste was the lemon, so it ended up being pretty one-dimensional. (I ended up pouring the chicken drippings from the potatoes in here though, and that was very tasty) - Potatoes ($8), 3/5: Nothing special here; the boiled potatoes are just a vessel for their sauce (which costs extra) and the chicken drippings. No crisp or interesting textures. - Frozen greek yogurt with baklava crumbles ($9), 4/5: The frozen greek yogurt itself was DELICIOUS! Tart, refreshing, and the perfect amount of sweetness. But I was disappointed at the baklava -- it wasn't crispy or flakey at all, and instead was soggy and chewy (even though we asked for it on the side instead of on top of the yogurt), so there was no satisfying textural contrast.
